How does delivery and pickup work?

When you rent a vehicle from us, you will be asked for a delivery and pickup location at checkout. You must be at your specified location at the beginning and end of your rental duration, where an Envision Exotics runner will meet you to deliver and pick up the vehicle. 

Where is delivery and pickup available?

Delivery and pickup are available all throughout the greater Miami and Fort Lauderdale areas. Most deliveries and pickups are completed at Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, but this is not a requirement. 

How does the security deposit work?

The security deposit for our vehicles varies, but is typically a fee of $1,000 applied at the time your rental is booked. This charge is held throughout the duration of your rental, and then returned to you at the end of your rental duration as long as everything goes smoothly. 

What happens if my flight is delayed and I'm going to miss the delivery time?

No problem. All that we ask is that you keep us in the loop as much as possible. When you get news like this, we ask that you notify us immediately so that we can make adjustments accordingly. You can call or text us any time at (857)-209-6453 or email us at rentals@envisionexotics.com. 

How old do I need to be to rent a car?

Age requirements vary by vehicle. If you have questions about if you are eligible, give us a call or email and we will gladly help you out. Most vehicles require the renter to be 21+. 

Do I need insurance to rent a car?

Yes, we do ask that our renters have valid insurance in order to rent our vehicles. We ask for proof of insurance by providing your policy number to us at checkout.
